Burn bay leaves at home and see what happens after

There’s no need to get out the censer! Just a few simple steps:

 

  • For a clean burn, choose well-dried leaves,   preferably from organic farming  .
  • Use a small, heat-resistant container, such as a ceramic or cast iron bowl.
  • Light one leaf at a time, let it burn for a few seconds, then gently blow on the flame and let the smoke disperse.
  • Keep the room well ventilated and always stay nearby.

Tip   :   Place the dish in the center of the room so that the fragrance spreads evenly.

What you absolutely must avoid

As with any activity involving smoking, some precautions are necessary:

  • Never leave a burning leaf unattended.
  • Avoid this practice in the presence of small children or   fragile animals  .
